The artwork was created to reflect Ciampa's intense, uncompromising, and dark persona, making it an authentic extension of his on-screen presence. The design immediately resonated with WWE fans, selling out during it's very first night available to a live arena audience.

"Blackheart's Banner" saw continued ecommerce success on WWE Shop. Beyond retail, the design became integrated into Ciampa's overall presentation, serving as a recurring visual motif that strengthened his branding. Notably, the artwork was featured on the official album cover for the digital streaming release of Tommaso's entrance theme song, "No One Will Survive".

The final artwork file was optimized for large-scale production using a 4-color screen printing process, incorporating halftone techniques to ensure accurate color and consistent print quality.
